Mixed halide perovskites with chlorine (Cl) content have received significant interest due to better charge transport properties and longer diffusion length compared pure iodine-based perovskites. The superior of Cl-doped improve solar cell device performance, although the quantification Cl composition in perovskite films remain difficult achieve. Hence, it is correlate Cl-quantity improved performance. In this work, we deposited through a facile three- two-step sequential chemical vapor deposition (CVD) where lead were first steps process subsequently converted No substitution by iodine was observed during chloride iodide which reacted form phase (PbICl). ions only occurred conversion phase. Large grains (greater than 2 µm) realized when converting PbI2 film containing films, contradicting literature. However, doped cells showed efficiencies as high 10.87% an un-doped (8.76%).
